Helping owner-led teams in trades, retail, hospitality and professional services

People first, AI second

Not another AI agency. A consultant who sits with your team.

What changes when you start with how your week really works, instead of the latest tool?

I map the jobs that drain your people, find the ones AI can genuinely take off their plate, and train your team to run with them. No black boxes, no 50-slide decks, no tools you’ll stop using in a month.

What you get

An AI partner who speaks owner, not engineer.

One dedicated consultant who learns your business, then turns AI into time saved, money made and risk reduced.

Think of me as an extension of your team. I do the research, the testing and the training, so you can stay focused on running the business.

What AI should give you back Every week

Hi, I’m Jamie

Seven years designing for people. Now I do it with AI.

I’ve spent my career sitting with the people who use software and making complicated things feel simple.

That’s exactly what most businesses need from AI. I start with your team and how your week really works, and only then look at tools. If AI isn’t the answer to a problem, I’ll tell you, and save you the money.

  • Plain English, from the first call to the final handover.
  • Results measured in time, money and risk. Never in buzzwords.
  • Your data treated carefully, with clear rules your team can follow.

Questions

The things owners ask first.

Something else on your mind? Ask me on a call.

Do my team need to be technical?

Not at all. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you can use what I recommend. I explain everything in plain English and work at your team’s pace.

Which AI tools do you use?

Whichever fit your business. Often that’s tools you already pay for, like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. I’m independent and take no commission from software companies.

Is our data safe?

Safety comes first. Before we touch a single tool, we agree what can and can’t go into AI, and I help you put a simple policy in place for your team.

How much does it cost?

Every engagement is fixed-price and agreed before we start, so there are no surprise invoices. After our first call you’ll get a clear quote for exactly what we discussed.

What if AI isn’t right for us?

Then I’ll tell you. Sometimes a better process or a simpler tool is the answer, and that’s still time and money saved.

Free 30-minute call

Let’s find the hours hiding in your week.

Tell me where the time goes, and I’ll tell you honestly where AI can help, and where it can’t.

  1. You tell me how your business runs and what’s eating your time.
  2. I point out two or three quick wins you could start on straight away.
  3. No pitch, no obligation. If there’s a fit, you’ll get a simple, fixed-price proposal.

I usually reply within one working day.
